We need a Sport Management/Marketing to assist our team during the Spring, Summer or Fall semester. We are looking for an outgoing personality who loves working in a diverse, cross functional team atmosphere who values integrity, creativity, teamwork and fun! Responsibilities of the Position: The Printscape Arena Programming Intern will work in a fun atmosphere with a great group of people. This position will report directly to the Program and Marketing Manager, who will give the right candidate the opportunity to truly impact creative design, advertising, social media, event marketing, packaging and more. We are looking for a candidate that possesses the willingness and ability to handle and be involved in a wide variety of projects, including but not limited to:
Marketing plan development and execution
Marketing campaigns – promote products/services to target demographic during marketing campaigns taking place in approved marketing areas throughout area with the goal of increasing brand exposure and building a viable client base.
Creative design - Collaborate with marketing and IT resources to develop and implement marketing campaigns
Design and produce customer-facing digital marketing solutions that elevate the brand across its existing and related digital properties
Maintain site appearance by developing and enforcing brand standards; editing content for publication.
Assist in managing our accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and G+.
Execute all phases of visual design from concept to final hand-off to the development team
Establish and promote visual design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Stay up to date and incorporate the latest trends and technologies across all initiatives
Turf Programs and leagues development, administration and marketing
Sport Court Programs and leagues development, administration and marketing
Internal events on our sport court, turf and ice surfaces.
Computer data entry with registration online and learning scheduling software, including scheduling teams and referees.
Administrative needs such as mass mailings, updating information and event contacts, filing and photocopying of materials.
Collateral & Digital Design – At the core of our business are printed and digital marketing tools that help showcase our products and bring our brand to life. With support from Program and Marketing Manager, you will lead the design for our branded materials such as: program and general marketing collateral, web and digital graphics, ad campaigns, video content, and more.
Creative Development – To help fuel our social media presence, email and general marketing, you will not only provide graphic design, but also help create ideas to drive content for themed promotions, social campaigns, photo and video shoots and just about any other creative functions needed to showcase our brand.
Social, Content & Advertising – You will work with the Program and Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital, print and social advertising projects that will include working with graphic imagery, creative headlines and helping to write basic ad copy.
Interactive & Experience Marketing – We host a wide range of events at our facility, which drives over 725,000 visitors through our doors annually. Our goal is to stand out and be unique in our industry. Our intern will help us create a fun atmosphere and experience for our customers.
